By using WhereMoney, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

WhereMoney is a personal financial management tool providing asset tracking, depreciation calculation, and loan management features. The application is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Pro Membership & Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration.
• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial. If not cancelled, the trial will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Data & Syncing

While we provide cloud syncing features (iCloud/Cloudflare), you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure or account access issues.

4. Disclaimers

• Not Financial Advice: The calculations (depreciation, loan interest, etc.) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.
• Accuracy: The accuracy of the reports depends on the data entered by the user. We do not guarantee the absolute financial accuracy of generated projections.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. Your data can be exported or deleted by you before termination if the feature is available.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
